Kamila Karolak holds both a Bachelor’s of Science and a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, with experience from multiple large-scale aerospace manufacturing companies during her undergraduate studies. She plays a key role in running LK Precision LLC's manufacturing operations: handling process paperwork, NC programming, CMM inspection, CNC troubleshooting, and customer interfacing. 

 Olivia Karas earned her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with Minors in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from the University of Connecticut. At LK Precision LLC, she oversees all business operations and behind-the-scenes functions, including HR, accounting, purchasing, tax management, customer interfacing, and auditing. Highly organized and detail-oriented, Olivia has played a vital role in driving LK Precision LLC's growth. 

 Lester Karolak began his machining career on the night shift after immigrating to America 40 years ago. Bringing with him extensive technical expertise from Poland—where he co-authored several patents—he steadily advanced from night shift machinist to General Manager and eventually Vice President of Operations at various large-scale aerospace and manufacturing companies over the course of 30 years. In 2011, he and his wife Lidia co-founded LK Precision LLC, which was driven by his ambition to work for himself. Today, Lester uses his vast machining and aerospace knowledge to help in running a seamless and quality driven business.

 Lidia Karolak immigrated to America from Poland at 20 years old, driven by the dream of building a better life. Through dedication and hard work, she completed ESL courses at Three Rivers Community College, ultimately earning an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. Alongside her husband, Lester, Lidia co-founded LK Precision LLC, with the vision of running a family-owned business. She oversees the business operations with Olivia and takes great pride in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
